Let us know which villa you prefer from the options we provide, and we will reserve it for you. Everything is done in writing. As soon as the reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a request for deposit that includes all of the details of your reservation. Many of our clients make their flight arrangements during this seven day period.

Confirm Your Villa Reservation
The villa deposit is generally 30% of the total cost. It must be received within seven days of your initial reservation. Your full balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival. If you will be arriving in fewer than 60 days, full prepayment is due within 7 days to confirm your reservation. These requirements may vary for the peak holiday season.
No Credit Card Fees
We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge. For our North American clients, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For our clients in other areas of the world, we can accept only American Express cards. Additional payments may be made by cashier's check or wire transfer.
